Major Roles :

To support the aims of the Global Child Health Campaign. A central part of the national office campaign planning taskforce, the CCO will propose external communications activities that will underpin the goals of the campaign. Qualifications :

Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan) membuka kesempatan bekerja sebagai fasilitator untuk ditempatkan di wilayah Kepulauan Banga Belitung.

FK Teknik (3 orang), ditempatkan di Kecamatan

1. Pendidikan S1 – Teknik Sipil fresh graduate (nol tahun pengalaman) atau DIII Teknik Sipil dengan pengalaman kerja yang relevan dengan program/proyek pembangunan infrastruktur minimal 3 tahun;
2. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman berorganisasi dan pernah aktif di kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, pekerjaan sosial maupun kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat lain;
3. Mengenal budaya dan adat istiadat lokasi tugas, diutamakan yang dapat berbahasa daerah tempat tugas;
4. Diutamakan mampu menggunakan komputer, terutama Microsoft Office;
5. Sanggup dan bersedia bertempat tinggal di lokasi penugasan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.

Faskab Keuangan (1 orang), ditempatkan di Kabupaten

1. Pendidikan S1 atau D III dari semua bidang ilmu, diutamakan Sarjana Ekonomi;
2. Pengalaman kerja yang relevan dengan pendampingan keuangan mikro dan pengembangan usaha kecil menengah. Untuk S1 minimal 6 tahun, sedangkan DIII minimal 8 tahun;
3. Berpengalaman memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan keuangan mikro yang mencakup aspek pengelolaan keuangan, pengelolaan pinjaman dan pendampingan kelompok peminjam;
4. Berpengalaman memfasilitasi kelompok masyarakat penerima pinjaman yang mencakup aspek permodalan, pengembangan usaha ekonomi serta penguatan dan pengembangan jaringan lembaga pengelola pinjaman mikro;
5. Berpengalaman menyusun Laporan Keuangan ( Neraca, Laporan Rugi/Laba, dsb), laporan kesehatan lembaga keuangan dan laopran kesehatan pinjaman ;
6. Berpengalaman memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan kelembagaan keuangan mikro yang mencakup aspek prinsip dan prosedur pengelolaan lembaga keuangan mikro / simpan pinjam/ BPR/ Koperasi dan sebagainya;
7. Mampu menggunakan komputer, terutama Microsoft Office;
8. Khusus untuk FK yang akan dipromosikan sebagai Faskab Keuangan minimal telah bekerja di PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan selama 2 tahun dengan kualifikasi penilaian A atau B selama dua periode terakhir penilaian.
